All code execution and data processing occur entirely within your local web browser.

  • Client-Side Auditing: When you trigger a scan, the Extension reads the visible HTML content and metadata of the active browser tab solely to calculate compliance and SEO scores.
  • Local Temporary Storage: The Extension uses Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local) strictly on your device to persist the most recent scan result for PDF exports. This data is never transmitted to any external server.

4. 🔑 Browser Permissions

To function properly, the Extension requests minimal browser permissions:

  • activeTab / scripting: Used exclusively to access the DOM of the tab you are currently viewing when you click the Extension icon.
  • storage: Used to save your audit results locally on your device for PDF generation.
  • host permissions (<all_urls>): Allows you to run audits across any real estate website or listing page.

5. 🛡️ Third-Party Services

The Extension operates independently and does not communicate with any external APIs or third-party web services. All libraries (including jsPDF) are bundled locally within the package.
